My passion for my job, travel, and gadgets has always kept me in good stead. Though life has become demanding these days either at work or at home, I manage it to the utmost satisfaction of everyone. I have to say it is because of my looking at things differently. I admit life is monotonous at times. And I take a break traveling with my family to places. This post has an account of interesting destination, which I hardly dreamt off. I find myself thrilled writing my experience more than a week-long stay in Barcelona.
As and when our destination place, Barcelona was decided, it didn’t take me enough time to book our flight tickets with Lufthansa Airlines. Nevertheless, I went for the Barcelona holiday packages, which allowed me to find information on flight hotel deals Barcelona. Our flight was scheduled on Thursday early morning at 3 am. My husband and I had the next few days completely tied up shopping and packing our bags.
On Thursday, we started off at 1 am with Joseph to the Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. After the initial formalities, we were ushered for the flight boarding. The flight took off exactly at 3.00 am and my air travel to Barcelona from Bangalore began in a good note. Lufthansa is known for services exemplary by all means. The seats were broader with sufficient space for us to stretch the legs.
We were offered complimentary drinks and during the journey movie snack, which Joseph relished a lot. At 8.55 am, we reached the Frankfurt International Airport and walked to the terminal to get into the lounge. Lufthansa Airlines has 2 stops on the way to Barcelona. We boarded again from Frankfurt and flew for about one hour to reach Munich. We had enough time as our flight from Munich is only at 7 pm.
My husband suggested traveling to Munich City for sightseeing. At the Information Center, we clarified the time for security check and arranged a cab, which took just over 40 minutes to the city. Munich looked beautiful with architectural buildings, which are the epitome of Bavarian culture. We stopped at the Olympic Tower, which was built in 1968 for the 1972 Summer Olympics.
We spent some time there and returned to board the flight at 6.55 pm. Our flight travel to Barcelona ended at 9.00 pm once we landed at the Terminal 1 of the Barcelona Airport.
